The RAD Lab Summer Internship Program gives students the chance to dive into hands-on robotics research, work alongside research engineers, and bring creative ideas to life. What began in 2022 with just one project has grown into a dynamic program where collaboration, learning, and innovation take center stage.

Explore the journey:

Summer 2022
Our first internship!

Summer 2023
19 students, 6 projects, and nonstop innovation.

Summer 2024
Our biggest year yet with 35 students and 12 projects!

Summer 2025
Fresh ideas, 7 projects, and our largest Intern Day ever.

Together, our interns are shaping the future of robotics, one summer at a time!

The hiring cycle for undergraduate students for Summer 2026 will be posted January 2026. If you want to join our mailing list, please fill out the form below.
